1 channel FXO, 1 channel FXS Asterisk failover module

FSO 200 is a intelligence failover switch module, which is used on 800P, 1200P and 1600P.

it can protect ASTERISK system better, prevent system from cut out suddenly or Asterisk software and hardware trouble influenced the normal work of the exchanger.

FSO 200 has 1 channel FXO, 1 channel FXS and a set of monitoring systems. The monitoring system is composed of a micorcomputer and a switch set.

When ASTERISK system uses normally, ASTERISK system sustain and transmit the signal to monitoring system, and the monitoring system is measuring this signal constantly.

As this signal does not break down, the monitoring system thinks ASTERISK system is normal, FXO _ 100 and  FXS _ 100 work normally independently.

For various reasons, like hardware, software or power off, ASTERISK system can’t transmit the signal to the monitoring system, and the monitoring system can not receive this signal,

the monitoring system thinks ASTERISK system failed, then start the switch set with the FXO link up PSTN circuit connect corresponding telephone to make communication continue.

Main Features:

5, FSO 200 has a red indicator light, when red indicator light glimmer ceaselessly, indicate Asterisk system operate normally; when red indicator light goes out,

indicate Asterisk system failed and acted the failover switch function.
